Ken Brotherston, Managing Director, Talent Intelligence Partners
Ken is the owner and Managing Director of Talent Intelligence Partners, the parent company of talentleadersconnect. His early career included Board positions at Robert Walters and Korn/Ferry International as well as HR Director at Fidelity Investments. He was Chairman of financial recruiter, Morgan McKinley and technology platform, TheJobPost.  He also serves on the Recruitment and Development Committee of Oxfam.

  • And where does this leave the role of consultant in 5 years time?

After a career leading, building, and acquiring companies Gary who is experienced in both corporate transformation work and M&A is now advising both public and private companies on that journey. After joining Penna in 2002 he was appointed to the board as Chief Executive in 2005. Between 2005 and 2007 he lead on a  major transformation, including moving the company off the full list onto AIM, raising capital and turning the company round. Throughout 2009- 2015 Gary initiated and led a series of acquisitions increasing the value 4 fold to 80m.  In 2016 Gary sold the group to Adecco for 105M.  His earlier career included 12 years with the WPP Group. Gary has run HR consultancies and recruitment businesses and personally consults on a wide range of talent management issues. He mentors senior executives with a particular emphasis on improving performance and leadership competence, and has spoken frequently on a range of talent related areas including inspirational leadership, engagement strategies, building brand value through employees and internal communications.

Andy Ingham, Vice President of Sales, EMEA & APAC, Bullhorn 

Andy is an experienced Sales Leader and Senior Leadership Team member. Prior to joining Bullhorn he spent 10 years leading teams who worked with a broad mix of Enterprise organisations supporting them to drive operational efficiency and business growth through the deployment of technology. Whilst at Bullhorn he was initially responsible for the health of existing clients and the growth of new clients across the UK and now as Vice President of Sales he hold accountability for the health and growth of Bullhorn across the EMEA and APAC regions.
