With over 25 years HR experience in the recruitment sector, Julie heads up APSCo’s Talent Development team, providing high quality, credible recruitment, management and leadership training. She acts as Programme Director for APSCo’s Leadership Development Programme, accredited to the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) as well as being an Executive Director of Women in Recruitment, focused on empowering women to achieve their full potential within the recruitment profession and assisting recruitment firms in making the most of the female talent in their businesses.  Julie is Programme Manager for APSCo’s unique paid summer intern programme, attracting undergraduate talent into recruitment in the UK and Asia. Her current focus is on the set up and delivery of apprenticeship training via the newly created Professional Apprenticeship Consortium
